The first one we got had some rust, no hesitation from the company they sent out a replacement right away. Because of the rust, we decided to fill the stand with sand (that took me about 45 minutes)! The product serves its purpose for me with COVID and not going to the gym is helping to tone up my arms, giving me a little variety in my workout, doesn’t take up much room, and sturdy.

This punching bag is very easy to set up (5 minutes or less) and definitely stepped up my workouts. I’m 5’11” and could easily adjust the bag height to fit my needs. The spring-loaded base pole is high quality and looks like it will last for quite some time. Great training tool.
