This is a lot better than I was expecting. Once put together. I filled it with 3 bags of builders’ sand. The result is amazing. Kids love it and I love it. Can hit it really hard, it moves but not falling over u less really go for it. Can easily kick it and it’s just great. I would buy again. Saves having to add anchors to walls to put up a heavy bag.

This is a really good product for the money I filled mine with just water to test it out and it’s pretty sturdy if filled with sand and water you would definitely be able to go quite hard on it I’m 5-ft 11 and weigh 10 stone 10 and the bag is a good size for me I would definitely recommend this product hope this helped
